How do I trace my order?
After you have successfully paid for an order, the status will change to “confirmed”. Please log into your account after 24 hours and you should find the relevant tracking information there. Sometimes as the courier may still updating their server, your tracking number may not be responding, please try that after a couple of hours and it should work properly. Different courier provide different tracking information, customers are send them enquiry for further information.
 
How long it usually takes for my order to arrive?
The handling and packing time for the order is shown in the product description page. You order will usually arrive after dispatch for around 5-7 working days by Standard Post. Orders sent by express courier such as DHL will be arrived 2-4 days after dispatch. No orders will be sent on Sunday and public holidays.
