DSStyles Christmas Lucky Draw Details
1. Promotion
1.1. The Promotion is valid from 2 November 2009 to 10 December 2009 (both date inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
1.2. The cut off time will take reference by using Pacific Daylight Time.
2. How to Join the Lucky Draw?
2.1. Participants of the Lucky Draw ("Participants") must be aged 18 or above. During Promotion Period, for every spending over USD$50 (in one single order), participants will be entitled to join the lucky draw automatically for 1 entry. The more order ID you have for spending over USD$50 (in one single order). the more entries of the Lucky Draw you will be entitled.

2.2 Once the checkout is completed (e.g. the order is paid), there is the lucky draw form for customer to fill in. Customer just need to verify the information, and submit to us. Once it is submitted, the record will be put under our lucky draw poll automatically.

The Lucky Draw will be conducted on a random basis.
2.4 The dates of draws are: weekly Lucky Draw – 13, 20 & 27 November, 4th, 11th December.
All Winners will be drawn in the presence of our staff and the process will be video recorded.
2.5 By participating in the Lucky Draw, the Participants agree to and are to be bound by all terms and conditions in www.dsstyles.com. All disputed orders WILL NOT be eligible for lucky draw.
3. Redemption
3.1 All Winners will be notified via phone and email ("Prize Notification Email"). Notifications to the Weekly Prize Winners will be made every week, starting from 7th November 2009.
3.2 Each Winner may present all of the following documents, scanned and send through emails via Contact Us session for verification in order to be eligible for redemption of the Lucky Draw Prize (Winners can also submit the document by post or fax)
The copy of the Winner's valid identity card or passport
A copy of the Credit Card used for the transaction
The printed copy of the Prize Notification Email issued by DSSTYLES
3.3 All prizes will be delivered to your confirmed address via signed courier.
3.4 DSSTYLES will not be liable to any loss or damage in transit.
3.5 Winner of the lucky draw must provide 10 photos and 1 video of un-boxing the Christmas Prize. We reserve the rights to charge customer credit card for the cost of prize if the above mentioned did not comply after receiving the prize within 3 working days. Winners will receive email notification for further guidance and instructions.
4. General Terms and Conditions
4.1 DSSTYLES decide on all issues related to Promotion, which is the final and binding on all Participants.
4.2 Lucky Draw Prizes cannot be resold, in exchange for cash, other products or discounts or other considerations; and are non-refundable. No refund will be given for any unused service or entitlement.
4.3 Suspected or actual fraud and/or suspected or actual abuse related to the participation in the Promotion by the Participants and/or earning of Lucky Draw Prizes by the Winners may result in termination of the Participants' registration and/or Lucky Draw Prizes being forfeited and/or entitlement to the Lucky Draw Prizes.
4.4 All questions and disputes regarding the Promotion, Lucky Draw and Lucky Draw Prizes will be determined at the sole discretion of DSSTYLES.
4.5 DSSTYLES shall not be liable to any person for any personal injury, death, loss, damage or liability (whether direct, indirect or otherwise) arising from or in connection with the Promotion, the Lucky Draw or the Lucky Draw Prizes including, but not limited to, loss of income, profits or goodwill, any loss, damage or liability arising from any failure to receive or process any entry; any error in computing any chance; any computer, telecommunications or equipment failure or malfunction; any deficiency or inadequacy of service rendered by any third party; or any notice which is misdirected or lost in the postal system even if DSSTYLES has been advised of the possibility of such loss, damage or liability.
4.6 All information provided by the Participants and Winners in the Promotion is deemed to be true and accurate.
4.7 Unless otherwise required for the purposes stated in the terms and conditions herein, all personal data collected pursuant to the Promotion will be destroyed within 24 months after the end of the Promotion.
4.8 Information (including, but without limitation, personal data) provided by the Participants and Winners in the Promotion (including, but without limitation, the Lucky Draw, the Lucky Draw Prize claim and redemption and other activities in the Promotion) will be used by DSSTYLES and their respective agencies for administering the Promotion and other related marketing program purposes. DSSTYLES and their respective agencies may pass such information to their authorized service providers for management of the Promotion, data processing, redemption arrangements and analysis of Lucky Draw Prizes and other purposes related to the Promotion. The information may also be used to send communication materials related to the Promotion to the Participants by DSSTYLES, their respective agencies and/or retained service providers, as the case may be. Participants reserve the right to decline the receipt of such materials by emailing via Contact Us session. By participating in the Promotion, Participants consent to such uses of their information.
4.9 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, DSSTYLES offers no warranty or representation whatsoever, express, implied or statutory, in relation to the Promotion and Lucky Draw Prizes and services provided by the service providers including, but without limitation, the merchantable quality and fitness for purposes in respect of the Lucky Draw Prizes.
