A: We do ship internationally. Packages will be sent from Hong Kong Warehouse directly. You may shop for yourself or send gifts to your overseas friends and relatives.

A: Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. If items in your order are out of stock we will notify you by email. DSstyles strives to provide efficiency and soonest delivery service to customer but while delivery time may vary from delivery country, customs issues, logistic arrangements, weather and seasonal holiday. A: A Dispatch Notification Email will be sent to you once the order is on the way. Most orders are shipped within 1 business days after an order placed online. You can expect to receive this email within 2 – 5 business days timeframe.
A: After you have successfully paid for an order, the status will change to “confirmed”. Please log into your account after 24 hours and find the order tracking information should be provided.
Tracking Number may not be responding since couriers has to update their server, please try again later if this is the case. As different couriers provide different tracking information, you can contact the courier directly if further assistance is needed.

We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our distribution center, or that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color or design, and then we'll ship it to you when supplies are replenished. We will contact you via email if the item's due date changes.
